Delete Your Account

Delete in the App
Open SingWithMe, go to Settings, then Profile, and tap Delete Account. Your account and its data are deleted right away.
Delete on the Web
Sign in on the Account page (singwithme.app/account) with your email and password and choose Delete My Account. You will be asked to confirm your password first.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What Is Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your SingWithMe account and sign-in details
- Every song you uploaded, with its separated vocals and instrumentals and its lyrics
- The processing records for your songs
This cannot be undone.
What Is Not Deleted
Some data is outside your account or is kept for a limited time:
- Recordings and files saved only on your device stay there until you remove the app
- Feedback messages you sent us from the app
- Crash reports and usage events, which are linked to a random account ID rather than your name or email and expire under our providers' retention periods
